Miso goes to Ohio
The Move Begins May 2023
Brian and his son Joshua made five trips to Evart Michigan to pull apart the house into five separate pieces. Each piece was put on a trailer and pulled to Ohio with a Ford F250 Pickup. The pieces were parked in the field in front of where the house now sits. All five sections of MiSo were in Ohio at the end of July 2023
Reconstruction Begins September 2023
For the next two years, Brian would work on putting the house on a foundation, and get the houses systems updated and functional. This involved installing a long driveway through a field. building basement foundation, installing a septic, connecting water and electric and hiring a crane to hoist the five pieces onto the basement. It was a lot of work and expense.
